Shoreline Property Maintenance

In June 2022 a Google reviewer needed a staircase rebuilt and wrote that Shoreline Property Maintenance came in, did a speedy job and left the job very clean. A year later, in June 2023, another Google reviewer wrote that Shoreline handled a basement remodel and siding on their house. Shoreline's website says it has been in business 15 years and lists a service area of Norwich, New London, Waterford, East Lyme, Stonington, North Stonington, Ledyard, Groton, Old Saybrook, Essex and Madison. The site also describes a basement remodeling and reconstruction project of its own in Mashantucket, from the original conditions and framing through the bathroom, stairs, mechanical coordination and finished rooms. It offers free estimates. In November 2023 a Google reviewer wrote that they did a good job painting the reviewer's dining room. Four days later, another Google reviewer called Shoreline a high end remodel service and said they would recommend it. In April 2022 a HomeAdvisor customer said they would be a repeat customer. Google shows 5 stars from 12 ratings.
