This year marks my 33rd year working as a full time real estate broker. Over the course of my career, I have interacted with numerous home inspectors. Their knowledge, attention to detail, research on system standard, explanation of issues found, the ability to provide perspective on the important things uncovered and the quality of their reporting (with photos, videos, issue classification and an interactive reporting platform that makes it easy to summarize those issues for a seller) is second to none!
