We have hired Joe several times throughout the years. We were excited to learn that Joe Fernandes currently owns Signature Home Renovations & Repairs. Joe recently renovated one of our rental units, this project had a set budget and time limit. Joe was able to transform our apartment in under 30 days. Joe is a wonderful person, he clearly has a passion for his work. He is always available to speak to and communicates appropriately so you never have to worry. He is very respectful and takes the stress out of the construction process.

Our experience with Signature Home Renovations has been very positive. Our project was full kitchen renovation. The owner Joe Fernandez is extremely knowledgeable and professional as shown by the quality of his work. His hands on craftsmanship proved to us that he took the time in our project which we consider good size. Joe treated every aspect of the job with detail and perfection. For example, crown molding. As a homeowner I am very meticulous in the look. What I would consider acceptable and good job was not to Joe and he tweaked an area to make you go "wow". Now that's nice. Signature Home provided expectations from the beginning to the end of the job. I also, appreciated the level of communication throughout. Organization, preparation, cleanliness, I would grade an A in the report card. The subs that Joe worked with were a reflection on him. He has a professional staff and accountable. 2 more important factors. Price very competitive. I got to see first hand. Usually if its cheap price you will get cheap labor. No one wants that. Not with Signature Home. Lastly, I will comment that from a personal and respectful individual you will not find a more trustworthy and "clean cut" person than Joe Fernandez. When I can give my front door key and leave my family home to a stranger that's credibility and respect. Next he will be working on my stairs and railing. Nice to know that no job too small either. Joe did a great job from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to any one of my family and friends. Unlike other contractors, you could tell that Joe took a lot of pride in his work and was not in a hurry to finish but still finished the job in a timely manner.
