Then the paperwork stops. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #106478, is expired in the state registry, held in the company's own name. BuildZoom puts the expiry at 07-22-2018 and says it rechecked in June 2026 and still found it expired; it also shows Construction Supervisor licence #CS-005387 as inactive, and scores the company 0 for the lack of an active licence. That is the thing to settle before anything else. HomeAdvisor presents the company as open for work and taking new inquiries, while the registry says the registration has been lapsed for years — so ask, plainly, whether it has been renewed and get the current number. No one has written a review of this company on any source scanned here: HomeAdvisor's profile is empty and BuildZoom has none either. What is left is the permit history, which is real and verifiable at the town halls that issued it, and which ends eight years ago. For a homeowner, that makes this a business worth calling only after the licensing question has a clear answer — and worth asking for recent addresses you can actually go look at.
