Exceptional Transformation & Unmatched Professionalism! Azem from Sincere Construction completely transformed my Cambridge condo. I purchased my unit in 2020 at a budget price because of its poor condition—it was a maze of underutilized small spaces with a run-down kitchen and very little natural light. My goal was a full remodel, but the quoting process with other contractors was stressful; prices were opaque, risks were hidden, and some quotes were outrageously high. Azem runs what is truly a sincere construction enterprise. His approach to business is open and honest. You always know exactly what you’re getting and he makes what is normally a stressful process, manageable and positive. His crew is detailed and professional. We had them gut a half of our house, raised the ceiling to create a cathedral roof with skylights, make structural changes to the house, removed barrier walls to create an open living space and did it exactly within the time agreed. They completed their work a few years ago now, and we are still very happy with all of it. Can’t recommend them enough.

Azem and his team worked on building a bookshelf in my living room that would blend with the rest of the decor in my triple decker condo that was built in 1910. I was impressed with Azem's eye and attention for detail, and how he ensured that the molding and trimming for the bookshelf matched its surroundings. Azem expertly assessed our home, and worked with us to determine the best construction option to meet our desire for quality and also our budget. The team was friendly, hard working, professional and clean. The work was completed without any fuss and exceeded our expectations on quality and decor. Due to the age of our home, floors are uneven and move. Azem's team did a great job to overcome this issue and I would recommend them without hesitation to others.
