A February review echoes the same pattern: hands-on involvement through the whole job, quick fixes when problems came up, and enough openness to take a client's input without losing his own judgment. That kind of engaged, structural remodel work isn't new either — an earlier review points to a longer history of large-scale renovations rather than small repairs. The Better Business Bureau lists the company at an A+ grade with no complaints on file, though it isn't an accredited BBB business, and its Houzz profile — despite naming a long roster of towns from Boston to Watertown — carries zero reviews. That leaves the four Google ratings as effectively the whole public record, and the directories don't fully agree with each other either: one lists a Chestnut Hill address and a 2006 founding date, at odds with the Somerville address and 2015 company start that BBB and the business itself cite. Azem and his team were easy to work with, completed the job in a timely manner, and did quality work. Azem was directly involved through the entire process and quick to fix any issues that came up. He provided experienced advice but listened to us when we insisted on things. I would recommend Sincere to anyone looking to do construction or renovation.

Exceptional Transformation & Unmatched Professionalism! Azem from Sincere Construction completely transformed my Cambridge condo. I purchased my unit in 2020 at a budget price because of its poor condition—it was a maze of underutilized small spaces with a run-down kitchen and very little natural light. My goal was a full remodel, but the quoting process with other contractors was stressful; prices were opaque, risks were hidden, and some quotes were outrageously high. My realtor recommended Azem, and the difference was immediate. He was communicative, forthcoming about potential risks, and provided a detailed, itemized quote for labor and materials. His team handled the meticulous City of Cambridge permitting process with total professionalism. The result far exceeded my expectations. You can see the "now" vs. "then" pictures attached—it’s hard to believe those were even the same place! By changing the layout, adding windows, and updating the structure, Azem turned a cramped space into a "modern chic" home that feels significantly larger and airier. When I sold the condo last year, the property value had increased substantially—far beyond market growth. Azem runs what is truly a sincere construction enterprise. His approach to business is open and honest. You always know exactly what you’re getting and he makes what is normally a stressful process, manageable and positive. His crew is detailed and professional. We had them gut a half of our house, raised the ceiling to create a cathedral roof with skylights, make structural changes to the house, removed barrier walls to create an open living space and did it exactly within the time agreed. They completed their work a few years ago now, and we are still very happy with all of it. Can’t recommend them enough.

Azem and his team worked on building a bookshelf in my living room that would blend with the rest of the decor in my triple decker condo that was built in 1910. I was impressed with Azem's eye and attention for detail, and how he ensured that the molding and trimming for the bookshelf matched its surroundings. Azem expertly assessed our home, and worked with us to determine the best construction option to meet our desire for quality and also our budget. The team was friendly, hard working, professional and clean. The work was completed without any fuss and exceeded our expectations on quality and decor. Due to the age of our home, floors are uneven and move. Azem's team did a great job to overcome this issue and I would recommend them without hesitation to others.
