Steven did an outstanding job on a substantial bathroom renovation for our house that was decades overdue in addition to some sorely needed plumbing repair work. He and his assistant were always punctual, very professional, friendly, and steadfastly conscientious about every detail of the project. They put up with all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. Steven is something of a prodigy in all things home repair and renovation; the breadth and depth of his knowledge are quite impressive, and he conveys his knowledge in a genuinely humble manner with language that is easy to understand for those of us who are not professionals in his line of work. He also appears to work with equally reliable, industrious, and perfectionistic professionals, including an electrician who primarily works on larger-scale jobs. All of the materials and pricing were explained thoroughly and accurately up front, and there were no hidden fees or unanticipated charges of any kind. The project timeline was very reasonable, and Steven did not at all deviate from what he said he was going to do for us. We are not exaggerating when we say that Steven's work is virtually flawless, and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his customers. I just had a shower remodel ( tub and shower converted to walk in shower) done by SK Quality Solutions. Steven is excellent at explaining in detail the process of the whole remodel and more than happy to answer any questions. He and Joe worked hard, were very pleasant , and made sure that the end result was done right and what I wanted. He was very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I got. Steven and Joe did a great job in renovating my primary bathroom. The attention to detail, quality of work, and communication throughout the project was second to none. He genuinely cares (rare amongst contractors) that the project comes out as the customer intends.
