BuildZoom, which verified the same registration and dates its issue to October 2025, also lists an earlier Massachusetts HIC registration, number 183679, as inactive and notes its status was at one point cancelled. Renewing under a fresh number is common enough, but a homeowner should ask directly what happened with the earlier registration and confirm the current one on the state's own site. The paper trail otherwise is thin for a firm of this age: BuildZoom shows a single sampled Eastham building permit from 2022 valued at $160,000, and no customer reviews have been published anywhere the company appears. That is typical of a builder who works on word of mouth, which is what the owner himself points to. Homeowners in Eastham, Wellfleet or Truro planning an addition, a dormer or a small custom build are the natural fit here. Ask for the addresses of recent local jobs and speak to two or three of those owners directly, confirm registration 189366 and current insurance in writing, and ask about the cancelled earlier registration before signing.
