“My first call was to solar expert Tom Harrington of Solnetic Solar, who dispelled my bulky panel thought immediately.”
They weren't great with communication but they did do what they said and the work was done satisfactorily.
Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed the issue with my outdoor lighting. A pleasure to work with
The cost was excessive.
In-home generator which came with the house. They rolled a truck for a flat fee - no problem. The issue was the unit was out of oil (had no idea - no manual came with the unit). They had a crew of 4 guys standing around looking at the unit for 30 mins and ended up charged me twice as much as the truck fee just to replace some oil. I wont be hiring them again. If they were "forgiving" of such a simple mistake, I would have agreed to a service contract. Too bad.
They do good work but pricey
