SOMERVILLE PLUMBING & HEATING

Somerville Plumbing & Heating is a one-person plumbing and heating shop in Scituate, Massachusetts, run by owner Raymond Snow since 1982. BuildZoom's directory places it among the area's HVAC/mechanical contractors and shows a handful of permits tied to the business — six home-addition permits, roughly 250 other project permits, and a plumbing permit at a West Newton address. There's no customer track record to draw on: neither BBB nor BuildZoom lists any reviews, star ratings, or complaint counts for the business, so there's nothing to say about what it's actually like to hire them. Two things are worth confirming before calling. BBB's own file states the business is believed to be out of business, and it carries no BBB accreditation or rating. Separately, BuildZoom's listing flags no active license on file for the company. Given the absence of any customer reviews and the open questions about its current operating status and licensing, it's worth confirming directly that Somerville Plumbing & Heating is still active and properly licensed before reaching out.
