Sousa Electric Co is a Norwell electrical contractor led by Tom Sousa. The company says it serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers and handles panel upgrades, wiring, lighting, generators, additions, renovations, and electrical inspections across the South Shore. It also says it has been in business since 2008, with work in the industry beginning in 1974. The available customer history is limited to one 2025 Google review. That reviewer says Tom and his team deliver quality work at a reasonable price, while noting that the team is busy and may take a couple of days to respond. The profile also shows a 4.3-star Google rating from four ratings and an A+ BBB grade; the BBB profile says the business is not accredited. Before booking, confirm the current Massachusetts electrical licence and ask about response timing for the project. The company advertises free estimates and lists a self-reported electrical licence number, but the licence claim should be checked with the state board. Sousa appears best suited to homeowners seeking South Shore electrical work who want a written scope and current credential confirmation.
Tom and his team know what they are doing and perform quality work at a very reasonable price. He's a nice no nonsense guy too. They are very busy so it may take him a couple days to get back to you but he will. Frankly. I would be more worried if he wasn't busy at all.
