The two reviews on file are both about appliance work: a Thermador oven replacement where the crew took extra time and care with the property, and a Viking Range warranty-exchange install that Viking itself routed to them, with the customer calling it the best experience of its kind. Worth asking directly about recent glass-shower or vanity installs when getting a quote, since that's the other half of what the showroom does.

Very impressed with their service. They did my Thermador Oven replacement. Communication was excellent and their team was very professional. The install crew took their time and made sure the replacement was done correctly. They also respected my property by taking extra care during the replacement. I would recommend them for any new appliance installation or replacement.

South shore did a warranty exchange/ install on our Viking Range. This place is the absolute best. While I can only really comment on the appliance install service I would have to assume the rest of the business is j ur st as good. We didn’t choose them for the exchange. Viking did. And now I know why. A premier installer with customer service to match. Highly recommended. Eric
