Plymouth Rock Appliance

One Plymouth Rock Appliance customer thought they were buying a new stove. Instead, Justin came by, diagnosed the issue quickly, had the part 2 days later, and the stove was back up and running; while he was there, he fixed an annoying dishwasher quirk in 10 minutes. The recent jobs run across the kitchen and laundry room. Justin repaired one customer's humming fridge in the same week they called him. At another house he took care of a washer and, while there, fixed a connection someone else had done incorrectly. In a 2026 review, a customer who called on a Sunday afternoon about a dryer that wouldn't turn on said Justin came the very next day and repaired it on the spot. Another 2026 reviewer said he fixed the no-heat problem on their dryer, and when the heat stopped again later that day, came right over and fixed it. A third 2026 review says he corrected the issues with a stove and an ice maker on the first visit. In a 2025 review, a puppy had jumped on an open dishwasher and broken the door; Justin came out the next day and fixed it. A 2025 reviewer with a freezer freezing up said he came the next business day, explained what was going on and fixed it for a very reasonable charge. Another 2025 reviewer said Justin had fixed the appliances at that house many times over the years, calling him a veteran who won't BS you on his process.
