- Property needs — a May 2024 customer praised Eric's work and understanding
Carpet installation and exterior painting are the services Thumbtack lists for Souza's General Construction in Worcester. The directory describes it as family-owned, with eight years in business and three employees. In a May 2024 Thumbtack review, a customer identified Eric as the owner and praised his work, saying he understood what their property needed and did more than requested. Thumbtack lists a five-star rating from one customer. The BuildZoom listing uses a different business name, De Souza Construction, and places that business in Lowell. Its company history and licence claims cannot be treated as confirmation of Souza's General Construction's credentials.

Eric, the owner, is a great professional. Besides performing an amazing work, he knew exactly what my property needed and ended up doing much more than asked to. Thank you!
