One of the 2022 reviews is a one-star, and it is about the front end rather than the work: the customer says he came out twice because he had forgotten the first estimate visit, that they bought the tile for the job he had quoted, and that their calls then went unanswered, including one he answered from an unfamiliar number and hung up on.
