Spectrum Painting is a Bolton, Massachusetts painting and carpentry business run by Paul Pileeki, who holds an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license verified by the state registry. Alongside painting, the business takes on related carpentry work, including cabinetry, framing, doors and windows, and deck and porch projects. The written record, spanning 2013 to 2025, is uniformly positive. Two recent 2025 Google reviewers describe Paul as a "true craftsman" who takes on unusual situations other contractors might turn down, with one client rehiring him for home projects after first using him at a business location. In an April 2013 review, a customer separately praised his professionalism, communication and promptness, and noted he did all the work himself, though the painting wasn't the cheapest option for the quality delivered. Worth asking about upfront: pricing runs on the higher side according to that same review, so it's worth getting a firm quote before committing. It's also worth noting that Google's own 3.7-star average across its three ratings sits a bit below the two 5-star reviews quoted here, suggesting there's at least one lower rating on the platform not reflected in the written record above. For homeowners in the Bolton area who want a single tradesperson who can handle both painting and adjoining carpentry work, and who are comfortable paying for quality craftsmanship, Spectrum Painting has a small but consistently strong track record worth a direct conversation.
Paul has done many jobs for our home and businesses as far as i can tell there is no job that he can't do, we have presented him with many unique situations and he's always found a way to not only complete them, but to make them look far better than I expected. I highly highly recommend
Quality work! Initially hired to do work at business location then rehired to work on home projects. True craftsman, hard to find these days! Highly recommend.
Paul is a professional, and takes pride in his work, he did all the work himself, and is a great guy, very easy to communicate with and responds promptly. The painting was of high quality, but I wouldn't say it was in-expensive. If you want high quality, you will have to pay more for it.
