I would just like to share my experience with Owen Spence at Spence Realty group. The first word that comes to mind when thinking about Owen is "Leader". He helped me immensely through my experience, and he ensured I was comfortable, prepared, and aware of everything going on. His communication skills are, simply put, Elite. I would highly recommend Owen to anyone and would be willing to answer any questions abut my experience to whoever may be interested.
We brought Owen on to manage our building in Boston after dealing with constant delays and poor communication from our previous company. The difference has been noticeable right away he responds quickly, follows through, and actually explains what’s going on instead of avoid avoiding tough conversations. I live out of States so I needed someone that I can trust to handle my property without me constantly checking in. Owen manages the building and also takes care of leasing when units turn over. He's been able to rent them pretty quick and find solid tenants. If something comes up, I hear about it and it gets handled promptly. It has been very smooth so far.
