Houzz puts a typical job at $5,000 to $750,000 and shows six posted projects, including work in Marblehead and Swampscott. One thing to get straight before calling: BBB grades the company A+ while stating plainly that it is not BBB Accredited. Those are two separate facts, and the grade is BBB's own assessment rather than anything customers said. Neither profile carries a licence number, so ask for the home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor licence directly. The written history runs 2017 to 2019. For someone hiring in 2026 that means the praise is nine years old and the serious complaint seven, old enough to have faded but not to be waved away. If the exterior and carpentry work described in those 2017 accounts is what you need, ask about the 2019 allegation head-on, get references from the past two years, and tie payments to completed stages in the contract.
