Chris was quick to schedule, gave a quote over the phone and was honest in his work and did not charge what he quoted because the job didn’t warrant it. He was in and out in 20 minutes and did exactly what we asked!
Amazing!! Matt came out to our home at 8pm to fix our leaking tub. Nobody I know would have done so. Replace everything it needed and had great conversation. Thank you so much Matt💯
It's been 33 days since I've heard a PEEP out of this man. Maybe this will get your attention. A pipe burst after this man "fixed" my sink. 2,640 gallons of water sprayed down my wall and under my flooring before we noticed and turned the water off to our entire house. It took TWO days for this man to pick up his phone and send someone else out to fix his blunder. My foot has since broken through the flooring. Which prompted me to pull the flooring up and take a look. And boy am I glad I did! This was my 2yr Olds room. He has since been moved out and the room has been SEALED OFF. He has ghosted us, REFUSING to provide his insurance information. Your rates can go up, or I can go to the state licensing board with my formal complaint for this. I suggest you provide the information we have KINDLY requested from you numerous times. Do I have your attention, sir?
These guys at Spragues Plumbing are the real deal! Very professional, honest, knowledgeable and fair prices. I would hire them again for any plumbing issues. Thank you Chris and Matt!!
Sprague's Plumbing did a great job at a fair price. What more could you ask for.
