Then in April 2026 came the one that matters most — a homeowner who paid $27,000 for a commercial heat pump install wrote that after a year it "leaked out all of refrigerant," and that repeated calls to get it addressed went unanswered: "they avoided me." That single account is recent, specific, expensive, and unresolved as written, which is why the 4.3 average across six reviews reads better than the situation warrants. Worth knowing too: Angi and HomeAdvisor carry the same six reviews, so the record is thinner than two profiles suggest. If you're calling, the questions write themselves. Get the warranty terms in writing — both the labour term and who honours the equipment warranty — ask what happens if the system loses charge in year one, and ask for the name and number of a customer whose system they serviced after installation, not just at install. A heat pump is a decade-long relationship with whoever put it in.
