Douglas Plumbing & Heating

Had an unexpected emergency, they came out promptly and did excellent work, highly recommend for any plumbing!

Reasonably priced, professional and top notch job!

Scott got in touch with me the same day I left a message. He came by my house explained two options and quoted prices. It was a small job (pipe replace, new flange and reset a toilet) but he took it seriously and accommodated my schedule to get it done. The work was done well and efficiently by Scott, his son, and Luis. Also worth mentioning, his price was substantially less than what I was quoted by one of the big local plumbing companies. Overall an excellent experience, I have a new plumber. Will absolutely use him in the future and fully recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

We hired Scott to repair a small leak in the piping from the well pump to the interior. In theory he could have just cut out the leaking section. It would have been expedient and much less expensive. But as we talked about it we expanded the scope of the project because the piping was 50 years old and there had been multiple leaks in that section over the last 5 years. The expansion tank was also approaching the end of its useable life. I am so grateful Scott took the time to understand the true scope of the repairs needed. We should be good to go for another 50 years.

Scott and the team at Douglas Plumbing and Heating are incredible and we are so lucky to have found them when our pipes burst on Christmas Eve! From urgent issues to upgrades, they are masters of the trade. They are friendly, honest, and dependable - we could not be happier with the services provided/delivered. From - grateful new homeowners in Maynard!!
