I recently purchased a triple decker. I was fearful of all the projects that laid ahead of me. With a simple call to JAD Plumbing Heating and Cooling, Jon Dias was able to tackle all of my plumbing and heating repairs and renovations. All leaky copper pipes was replaced with pex. Drain pipes was replaced for all three floors. Washer and dryer hook ups for all three floors. Complete renovation of the 3rd floor bathroom. Upgraded water tank to a high efficient tankless water heater. Install central air (heating and cooling) on the first floor. Communication was excellent, responsive to all my phone calls and text messages. Pricing was very affordable. I felt I had an absolute bargain considering the level of superb workmanship and professionalism received. Jon’s a 2nd generation plumber. His work speaks volume! Looking forward, I would never have to worry about another plumbing or heating projects. Jon can handle any small tasks and major projects. I strongly recommended Jon’s expertise for all your plumbing and heating needs!
