There’s not much I can add to the other reviews of the great work done by Renzo and Joel Arietti. In short, they set a standard for craftsmanship and quality of service that all contractors should strive to meet. Our project was doubling the amount of window area across two walls of our living room, so their work and the finished results would be right in the middle of our everyday life. And as luck would have it, Joel and Ren had to get it done during some of the hottest and most humid weather of the year. Whatever prior concerns I had about the project’s impact on the rest of our house just disappeared on the first day. So I add my top rating to all the categories mentioned in other reviews: skill and craftsmanship, attention and care for detail, comprehensive view of the overall project and results, conscientiousness of impact on broader area (dust, debris, protection of walls, floor, exterior siding, etc.), consistency and punctuality, and an impressive capacity for putting in long, full days of efficient and quality work. I couldn’t have asked for more or better. Joel and Ren are the kind of crew you’d always hope to get on a project. So thanks again, guys. We look forward to coming up with our next request. Oh, and Ren’s music playlist is great, from vintage rock to opera and classical.; a fitting soundtrack for their work.

My husband and I hired this company to help us redo a bathroom in the basement of our newly purchased home. It felt like a HUGE undertaking. But they took on the project and did one of the biggest transformations I’ve ever seen. Not only is their craftsmanship impeccable, they are respectful, clean up after themselves, always polite and in a great mood. They play awesome music while working too which is wonderful. We just can’t say enough positive things about this company. We are recommending them to everyone we know, and we already have a few projects in mind for the future that we’d loved to hire them for as well. If you have a project you need done, literally look no further. Start 2 finish is the only company you need. These guys are the BEST!!!

It was a pleasure to have such a professional father son team do our kitchen. My fiance and I are very picky, Joel and Renzo answered every question along the way. With my fiance working from home through the construction, their daily cleaning was a huge bonus. The kitchen came out great and we're more than happy with it. We look forward to the next project and highly recommend them. Not to mention my fiance was happy to hear the comnstant diversity in their choice of music. Great job!

I cannot say enough about what excellent work Joel and his dad Renzo did at my house. Their drive for perfection was aparent and everything from cleaning up each evening to non-stop sanding of 20 year old wallpaper to get the walls just right and replacement of multiple door frames in my hallway. They are hard workers and don’t stop until the work is done and they were able to complete every task I asked of them. I would highly recommend Joel and Renzo for anyone looking for quality work. We used Start2 Finish Carpentry to remodel a room. This included new dry wall, a new wood floor, creating a vaulted ceiling, new trim, paint, a custom built in book case and redoing the closet. We are really happy with the work that Joel and Ren did. They were here every day and completed the work quickly. The quality of the work is just outstanding, thet paid attention to every detail. They were so considerate, always cleaned up after themselves and made sure they completely understood what we wanted. We added on several things and they informed us of the cost each time. No surprises when the bill was do. I highly recomend them .
