Stconstructions llc

ST Constructions, a family-owned residential contractor working out of Waltham, is run by Jorge — who reviewers also call George — and has collected a string of positive reviews stretching back to 2010 on Angi and HomeAdvisor, both currently showing 4.9 stars from 11 ratings. The company handles renovations, remodeling, and interior and exterior painting, with 13 years of listed experience. The specifics span a wide range of work over that time. In 2010, homeowners described George refinishing floors, completing a difficult bathroom project, and carrying out what one reviewer called a painstaking restoration of historic windows and doors along with trim repair and painting — the kind of detail work that takes real care on an older house. More recent accounts stick closer to painting: a 2024 review described a fair, competitive bid and a timely, clean interior paint job, and another from the same year called an interior home paint job and the customer service excellent. There isn't a negative account anywhere in the written record, though the reviews are thin in places — several are a single sentence with no specifics beyond a rating — and they arrive in clusters years apart (five in 2010, one in 2012, one in 2019, three in 2023–2024) rather than a steady stream. For a painting job or a renovation on an older home, the specific accounts on file — especially the historic-restoration and bathroom work from 2010 — suggest real range; given the gaps between reviews, it's worth asking for references from a recent project before committing to something large.
