Denis came to my house, which was clearly in need of a new roof. To be honest, when I bought my home over a decade ago, I knew I needed a new roof. He walked my wife and I through all of our options for shingles and pricing and we came to a mutually-agreeable cost for the supplies and labor. The work was completed in 1 day, and I have to say, I'm very happy with the quality of the work and attention to detail both of Denis and his employees.

We had Sterling replace our 25 year old roof in March 2024. Denis was great. He is very personable and friendly. He explained all the options and answered any and all questions we had about the replacement. His crew and crew chief Mike were outstanding. The dumpster came the morning of the job. They replaced the roof in a day. The dumpster was gone the next day. You would never know they were here. The roof came out great. The cleanup was impeccable and the yard and driveway were spotless. We have yet to find a nail or or any remnant of the debris. I would happily use Denis and his team again if we ever needed additional external work done to the house.

The team is extremely professional, kind and they get the job done right every time. I have worked with Sterling Home for the past two years and will continue to stick with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market.

Sterling Home Improvement is a company that value there customers. Denis the owner, was the person who came to my home to do the presentation, he is very entertaining. Denis workers are professional, do a great job. Everything was cleaned up after. Since the job was done after sunset, Denis send the foreman over the next morning to check the area was cleaned, the roof was perfect

We hired Denis to replace our asphalt shingles, put on vinyl siding and install new windows. Denis thoroughly explained the process and the products that would be used. All three jobs were completed quickly, efficiently and to a high level of quality. Denis was also exceptional when it came to returning calls/texts (before, during and after the completion of the jobs). Also, he loves dogs and was great with our boxers (Note: "loves" may be an understatement... : ) ). Overall, it was a great experience.
