That is the whole picture for Steve's Construction LLC, a one-employee remodeling company at 5 Merrimack St in Methuen run by Steve Realejo, incorporated in July 2019. The project galleries are the most concrete thing about them: a kitchen remodel in Medford, a bath remodel and a staircase installation in Methuen, hardwood flooring, and two deck jobs across the border in Newton, New Hampshire. Houzz also lists a wide service menu — building, remodeling, kitchens and baths, roofing, siding, decks, windows, doors, basements and additions — which is broad for a business with one employee on file. Its BBB page carries an A+ rating, and it is worth understanding what that is and isn't: the same page states plainly that this business is not BBB Accredited, and it publishes no reviews, no star rating and no complaint count. BBB also records a Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards licence number, 196281, with an expiration date of 10/25/2027 — that is BBB's record of it, not something confirmed against the state here. So the work exists and the entity is real, but nobody has written publicly about hiring them. Ask for references from the last year, ask Steve Realejo directly which trades he self-performs versus subs out given the length of that service list, and check the construction supervisor licence yourself with the Department of Public Safety before signing.
