Steven Price Electrician, LLC

Steven Price Electrician has been wiring Worcester houses for eight years out of 39 Gibbs St, and the names customers put in their reviews are Steven and his son Ray. Across its three Better Business Bureau reviews, what people describe is the unglamorous part done right: showing up when promised, finding the fault, explaining it in plain language, and cleaning up before leaving. The work goes well past service calls — panel upgrades, new service installations and repairs, generator installs, wiring for additions and remodels, lighting and ceiling fans, and security and fire alarm systems, residential and commercial alike. Angi's listing adds free estimates and Spanish-language service. Its BBB profile is accredited and graded A+, and BBB lists a Massachusetts electrical licence and a fire and security install licence for the business under number 37904. One thing worth clearing up on the phone: Angi's own profile carries two experience figures — eight years as a business and over 28 years in the electrical trade. Ask who will be on your job and how long they have been at it. For a panel upgrade, a generator or an alarm system in the Worcester area this is a reasonable call; check licence 37904 on the state's electrician lookup and get the scope and price in writing before work starts.
