Story Fence is hands down one of the best companies I have ever done business with. I fell in love with one of the photos on their website, but my yard wasn't quite right for that fence. Mike and Amy worked with us to give us the personalized service my family and I needed to achieve the best aesthetic and function for our property! We could not be happier. Now my kiddos have a safe place to play, we are better neighbors, and our property value has skyrocketed! They were on time everyday until the job was done and the workers cleaned up after themselves. In the end we bough some Adirondack furniture too as a final touch and we can't wait for spring to come around again so we can enjoy our new backyard.

Best quality I’ve probably ever seen. Installation was quick and easy and it was very reasonably priced. Lady on the phone was very helpful, patient, and informative.

This company is a scam. Poor quality, unprofessional, liars. Mike will be overpriced, and try to squeeze your for every dollar he can. We specifically requested a 6x6 area for my Shed/storage. What we got was 5'-6" square that it clearly wouldn't fit into. When I asked them about it Mike, danced around it on the phone and tried to find any angle he could to blame us for his "miscommunication". Which would have been fine if he agreed to fix it. We were told that it would be an additional charge to come out because he wasn't making a lot of money on the job. When I said no, he said that he wasn't going to fix it. Long story short we were forced to split the difference with him for his mistake. They held us over a barrel and refused to return our deposit when I said "nevermind if you not going to fix it, I don't want it". When they came back to fix their mistake it took 30 minutes max and cost us $250. They left a mess, it was sloppy and 30 minutes later they were calling asking for a check.
