A second, a repeat client, named the person doing the work — Cesar — and said none of the projects had been huge but all were completed promptly and correctly, and that he shows up when he says he will. The other four run to a sentence each. The Brighton shop lists itself as doing painting and remodeling, with ceramic tile repair and wood-floor repair and refinishing at the head of its category list. It says it has 16 years of experience and that se habla español. Estimates are free, and the posted hours run 8am to 6pm seven days a week. Six reviews that all arrived in one month, on a single syndicated listing, are a thin basis for confidence however consistent they are. Taken for what they say, this reads as a small interior-work outfit — floors, tile, paint, a kitchen — that turns up and finishes. Ask for two or three recent local references before handing over anything bigger than the jobs described.
