Its HomeAdvisor page carries the same six reviews word for word, so the two 5.0 profiles are one record rather than two. That profile also lists no warranties, which is the thing to pin down: for a kitchen or a floor, settle up front what happens if something has to come back. For smaller interior work — a tile repair, a floor refinish, a room repainted, cabinets swapped — the 2024 accounts describe someone who turned up and finished. Get the scope, the price and the callback terms in writing before the work starts.
