A January 2026 reviewer had a heat pump put in through Mass Save and said Paul and Rich handled the paperwork and got the install booked quickly; a June 2025 customer in Yarmouthport said Bobby ran the walk-through and the Mass Save submission, and that Marvin and Rich spent six days on site. On Reddit in July 2024, a Boston-area homeowner put numbers to it: $19,500 for four mini-split heads, a $10,000 rebate and a 0% loan. The company says it has been family-owned since 1965, working out of Westwood across greater Boston and into southern New Hampshire. The state licence registry lists a Massachusetts HVAC licence, 175-SM-B, for the company; its Better Business Bureau page carries an A+ grade; and the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office lists it as a Women Business Enterprise. It averages 4.7 across 257 Google ratings, and several reviewers name the same people: Bobby in sales, Marvin and Richie on installs, Kristina on service calls. The complaint to know about is the quote that never turns up. Reviewers in 2023, 2024 and 2025 each described a salesperson who came out, promised a proposal, then went quiet for weeks — the 2023 one said the rep sized the job at five tons on the spot and the quote never followed; an August 2025 customer wrote that Paul called twice and they still went elsewhere without one. A June 2026 reviewer who did get three mini-splits in at a reasonable price had to email repeatedly for the quote and for information along the way, and thinks the pipe run on the side of the house looks off. After-install follow-up draws its own complaints: an October 2025 reviewer says their heating system has rebooted irregularly ever since it went in, and a 2021 customer with a hot water heater warranty question said they got lip service. For a mini-split or heat pump install with the Mass Save side handled, this is a strong call, and the crews get named and thanked by the people whose houses they worked in. Get the written quote in hand before you plan anything around it, and settle up front who you call about a problem after the system is running, and how quickly they answer.
