Catano Plumbing is an Everett plumbing and heating company with a 3.3-star Google average from 28 ratings, and its newest written reviews run negative. A February 2026 Google reviewer wrote only "Use anyone else." The three latest reviews on its BBB profile are sharply negative about pricing and workmanship, including complaints of overcharging and of work the customer never asked for. Older accounts are warmer. In a February 2024 Google review, a customer said Jason was reliable and that they came out as quickly as they could to fix the problem. In a 2018 local post, a customer said Catano had installed a new water heater and converted an oil furnace to natural gas, and called them great.
“Catano Plumbing just finished installing a new water heater and doing an oil to natural gas furnace conversion for us today. They were GREAT!”
Use anyone else.
Jason is great. Reliable came out as quickly as they could to fix our problem. Thanks again.
I wouldn't even give them one star! The owner REMOVEDhas no conscience!
A BIG FAT ZERO for Catano Plumbing. We had a backed up shower drain that they snaked and charged us $175.
One star because it requires a star other than that there would be no star. They tried to take advantage of my 85 year old mother and overcharged her as well as dud work she never asked for.
