A 2025 review describes him quoting a fair price on the spot from photos sent by text; another from 2023 recalls him returning twice, free of charge, to touch up a 2020 bathtub job when the finish came off. Jobs mentioned range from a straightforward tub reglaze to matching an odd apricot color to white, redoing a 1930s pedestal sink, and reglazing kitchen sinks alongside bathroom work. Not every account is glowing. A handful of reviews describe the finish peeling or failing to bond within a year or two of the work — one from 2023 says the company wouldn't come back to fix it, another from 2021 describes grit left in the finish after a rushed job. Two reviews raise a different kind of concern entirely: one from March 2026 says the reviewer felt unsafe and mentions contacting the police, and a separate, much shorter 2023 review makes an isolated allegation of inappropriate personal conduct.
