Peter and his team did an amazing job! After a wild and crazy rain storm, we had a horrible roof leak, and found that our newly purchased property was in need of a new roof. Peter had his team come onsite, inspect the needs and have all materials delivered just a few days later. The entire team was able to get the job done in under two days and cleaned the entire property after they were done. I can't recommend them enough. The team was very communicative and friendly, and did a great job.

Where do I begin? I manage a property in Cambridge, and when our tenant notified us the roof was failing, we reached out to several companies. We ultimately picked Susi & Son’s Roofing out of Dorchester based on the tenant’s recommendation—they had replaced her parents’ roof in Boston in the past. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Communication was top-notch, pricing was very competitive (if not the lowest), and the workmanship was superb. Peter documented every step of the process—by 8 AM the old roof was fully stripped, and by 1:00 PM the large new roof was complete! What really impressed me was the attention to detail: high-quality drone photos, transparent updates, and clear documentation of necessary plywood replacements—all done at a reasonable rate. They even cut in a ridge vent and installed the cap without hesitation, going above code without being asked. A huge thank you to Peter and his wife Theresa for making the entire process smooth and stress-free, including managing payment over the phone. Truly a 5-star experience. Highly recommended if you need good roof work done around Boston without any up-charging salesmen.

Very happy with the roof repairs we had done by Susi Roofing! We had a leak near our roof hatch and they came out very quickly to assess and provide a quote. Owner was able to arrange repair at a convenient time for us. Luckily the weather was cooperative and all repairs were done very quickly. He sent multiple updates during the process as well. Both the owner and worker were very friendly! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Dealing with Susi & Sons, and specifically Peter and his son Josh, has been by far the best experience for me when compared to all the building and repair contractors that I have dealt with in the last 20 years. Many of them have been excellent, but Susi & Sons are on another level. Susu & Sons are extremely knowledgeable and experienced about flat roofs, both about new installations and about repairs. They educate and explain everything in a very intuitive, clear, and professional way, so you (the customer) have all the information needed make the decision and you have complete confidence in their work. They are responsive and follow through with what they promise. They are honest and reliable. They are a joy to interact with. I highly recommend them!
