SWAP Remodeling

Customers who hired SWAP Remodeling mostly write about one person. Sam — Samuel in one of them — is named in six of the sixteen reviews the company has on Angi and Houzz, and an August 2024 reviewer described him as someone who listens carefully to help work out what is needed. The company covers the Boston area from an office it says it keeps in Boston, with a Quincy address on its Houzz page, and its site says Swap was founded in the UAE by a Lebanese entrepreneur with an architecture background. The jobs customers describe run from a fixture swap to a full condo. In a May 2024 Houzz review, a homeowner who had their entire condo renovated said the company was clear and open about everything it would be doing and paid attention to every detail they wanted in the project. An August 2024 Angi customer described fixtures replaced and difficult repairs made, and a September 2023 reviewer said the job took three days. Money comes up more than once, and in the customer's favor. A June 2023 customer wrote that the job turned into more work than planned and the price stayed at the original quote. A September 2024 reviewer called the quote reasonable for a bunch of small projects around the house, and another customer in June 2023 got a quote the same day they reached out. The reviews run from 2023 into October 2025 and are uniformly five-star: 5.0 from 15 Angi ratings, plus a single five-star Houzz review. The two profiles describe work at two different scales. Angi's lists the handyman end — multiple small projects, powerwashing, fridge, freezer or ice maker repair — while Houzz lists kitchen, bath and basement remodeling, flooring, tile, countertops, and window and door installation. Settle on the first call which of those your job is, and who will be on site for it. On paperwork, the company's own site lists HIC #203617, and both Angi and Houzz list registration 203617 for it. SWAP suits the homeowner with a list — fixtures, repairs, a room or a whole unit that needs several things done by one person they can talk to. Angi's profile lists warranties and free estimates: ask what the warranty covers, and get the scope of anything larger written down before the work starts.
