Tacurion Restoration LLC

Tacurion Restoration is a Fall River roofing and storm-restoration shop built around one name: John, whom reviewers describe as showing up on time, working fast, and following through. Thirteen Google reviews from the past several months run five stars straight through — a chimney cap swapped out in under five hours, a roof replaced with rotting plywood found and fixed underneath, a neighbor's leak temporarily patched before a full re-roof. Several reviewers specifically call out the insurance-claim side of a roof job: one says John "worked really hard to get me a reasonable price" after an insurance claim was denied, another describes him walking through the claims process and providing a brochure on the replacement materials, and a third praises clear, consistent communication "through the insurance process." Pricing itself comes up unprompted more than once — reviewers call the estimates reasonable and the work affordable. The company's own site says it's been doing this 15 years, covering roof replacement, repair and inspection, water-damage mitigation, and siding/soffit/gutter work across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and lists a GAF certification. Worth a call for a roof job that might involve an insurance claim — that's the thread that runs through more of these reviews than any other single detail, alongside the chimney-cap work and the rotting-plywood catch that shows up as a recurring theme.
