Tan's Floor Service LLC

We are doing a full renovation on a home in Boston built in the 1870s. After much consideration we decided to keep the original flooring, and needed to fine a true expert at doing significant floor repairs, as well as sanding and staining. Our GC recommended we go with Tan's Floor Service, and we're SO GLAD we did!!! Tony and his team are incredibly kind and competent. A few areas in particular that stood out to us: 1. Repairs were done beautifully. an 1870 house has a lot of different types of floors from 150 years of repairs... Tony's team matched the flooring very well (super thoughtful in the wood they chose). 2. Midway through the project, we decided we needed to replace the stairs. A lot of them were cracking, and moving in with two kids we decided now was the time to do it. Tony's team expertly replaced the stairs, including putting in the crown molding. 3. The sanding and staining was done much more thoroughly than wha we experienced with a floor crew we used in our current home. We recommend Tony and his team very highly! They were great to work with and did an fantastic job.

I Just wanted to start by saying that I had Tan’s flooring come in to my house and refinish My living room and dining room hardwood floors.The scope of work went from repairing some damaged boards, sanding and refinishing.He also replaced my wooden threshold between my living room and dining room as well as sanding and refinishing the stairs from my 1st to 2nd level. I can’t say enough good about the crew and their abilities to do such a large scope of work in such a timely fashion, as I was going on vacation and needed to have it completed before I left. The quality of the work that they did and their attention to details which included the way that they cleaned up At the end of the job, I can only say thank you again for a job well done.
