A 2024 Google reviewer said Tom and his team removed an old garage structure and failed foundation while taking care not to damage the rest of the home, then coordinated the foundation pour and backfill. That 2024 customer said Tom kept them updated. A 2025 Google reviewer said the company came the same day during extreme rain to fix a flooding situation, and helped get a rented dewatering pump going for the customer's flooded warehouse. The Better Business Bureau gives TDD Earth Tech an A+ grade.
