After hearing great reviews we hired Josh to install a new door and replace siding. We bought a beautiful Anderson door. It arrived with the wrong parts. We had to chase Josh down for months to have his team fix the install. The handles we installed wrong twice and it makes a loud crack when it opens because the door was installed uneven. The screen doors have been sitting on my porch for 6 months. The siding was done messy. I have Josh multiple calls and texts and chances to fix issues. I’m tired of chasing. I’m hiring someone else to finish the job I paid Josh to do.

Josh came out and made a lot of promises and then ghosted us. I have called multiple times and have been told that someone SHOULD call me back. 'Should'... Terrible way to run a 'business'.
