Hi prices and no service after normal operating hours. I have no choice but to use this company to deliver propane to my apartment because the property owners contract with them.
We use Beamers as part of the propane buyers group. We are supposed to have automatic delivery yet we ran out. I have been calling since Monday, February 9 to get a full delivery and they still haven’t done it. They came out Monday and delivered a very small amount we were out again by Wednesday and then they delivered again a very small amount now it’s Friday and we are almost out every time I call they say they’re putting us on the delivery schedule Us when they’re gonna deliver either. We have a four month old baby at home and cannot lose heat again, but they don’t seem to care.
Bemers saved my butt when I called them the day before Thanksgiving because my propane tank was empty and I had 17 people coming for dinner the next day. I tried calling the company I had been getting propane from at least 5 times - including their emergency number and had NO RESPONSE. I wasn't even a customer of Bemers but they were at my house within 2 hours of calling their emergency number.
A small, local, family-owned plumbing business completed plumbing work for Waterford Speedbowl on May 7, 2025. The work was completed, invoiced, and accepted. Payment remains unpaid more than nine months later. Multiple professional attempts to resolve this privately were ignored. As a result, lien filings and legal action have been initiated to recover payment for labor and materials already provided. This is a clear example of a business shifting its financial burden onto small local contractors—using them as unpaid financing after rushing them in to complete urgent work. Contractors and vendors should proceed with extreme caution and secure payment before performing any work. Consumers should also consider whether they want to support a business that operates this way.
Is zero an option? We called for a delivery 11/18. It is 7!days later and we are empty! They won’t give us any idea when it will come. We have no accessory heat or stove - oh yea. Thanksgiving and 3 kids home. I offered to pay emergency delivery they accepted Payment then refunded because “that’s not how that works” the office manager said “I have oil so I don’t worry about this” No one else will deliver because we rent the tank. Happy thanksgiving! Run away
