Scales rodent, ant, and termite jobs; bed bugs scale by room count instead.

Terminix's Framingham branch runs pest, termite, and wildlife control under the national Terminix brand, and the reviews that actually describe a job read less like a franchise script and more like specific fieldwork: carpenter bees cleared from a shed, a plan for keeping critters out from under a porch and deck, bait stations set for termites. When a technician is named, the notes are good. One homeowner has called the branch back "several times" for carpenter bees and still calls it trustworthy and professional. Another credits Paul Todaro with walking them through a proposed fix for wildlife getting under their porch and deck. But the same stretch of reviews includes a technician who never showed during the stated window and never sent the promised arrival text or service summary, and a customer who scheduled an indoor inspection, had nobody show up, and never got the callback a manager had promised. A few reviews land in between: one customer who still left 5 stars was frustrated that a termite bait-station inspection report took a long time to arrive, and another had to call back because the technician brought two bait stations instead of the four that were promised. The sharpest complaint on file is more serious than a scheduling slip — a reviewer accused the branch of locking seniors into onerous year-long contracts while doing little more than scattering glue traps around a basement. That's one account, not something confirmed here, but it's worth asking directly about contract length and cancellation terms, and getting a firm appointment window before a technician is booked. The branch is best judged on the work that gets done, not the office coordination around it: a technician who shows up and explains the plan gets real credit here, but nail down the contract terms and the appointment window before signing.

Great service! Prompt and professional!
They like to trap senior citizens in unnecessary onerous year long contracts. The extent of the service rendered was some glue traps thrown down haphazardly around the basement. Find someone else.
Never saw the tech. Did not arrive during time stated. Never received text that he was on his way or email describing service rendered
Paul Todaro was very knowledgeable and provided details on a proposed solution for block critters under our porch and deck.
