Missed visits and unanswered calls feature in July 2026 complaints about Terminix's Framingham service. The branch says it provides residential pest, termite, bed bug, mosquito, wildlife and rodent control in Framingham, backed by the nationwide Terminix brand. Customers also describe helpful service. An August Google reviewer praised prompt, professional handling. In July, another customer said they had used Terminix several times to get rid of carpenter bees in their shed and planned to use the company again. Paul Todaro received praise from a separate July reviewer for his knowledge and explanation of a proposed solution for critters under a porch and deck. The missed-visit complaints describe different experiences. A July 26 reviewer said an outdoor inspection took place without their being informed, then nobody attended an arranged indoor inspection. After two calls, each followed by a promised manager callback that never arrived, the customer said it was time to cancel. A July 29 reviewer reported not seeing the technician during the stated time and receiving neither an arrival text nor an email describing the service. An August reviewer objected to a year-long contract, saying the service consisted of glue traps placed haphazardly around the basement. They described the contract as unnecessarily burdensome for senior citizens. Two other July accounts raised problems with bait-station service. One customer said they received only a day's notice before a termite bait-station inspection and waited a long time for the inspection report. Separately, another customer said the first worker brought two bait stations when four were expected, requiring calls to get the company to bring the remainder.
