If you think that you may have bed bugs, Mass Bed Bug Busters is without hesitation the place to use. Being anxious that I may have taken home bed bugs from a business trip, I began searching bed bug services. I came upon Mass Bed Bug Busters, they had 5 Star reviews, everyone was so pleased with them. Well, you can add me to that list. Dominique, the owner, is professional and gets right down to business with Dutch her dog. The 2 are an amazing team! They went through my entire apartment. Unfortunately, Dutch did find them in my luggage. I had just arrived home the pervious evening, so getting Dominique and Dutch in early was key for me. The bed bugs were only found in the luggage and no where else in my home. That was a relief! Everything was taken care of. I’ll say this again, Mass Bed Bug Busters is the only place to go if you think you have bed bugs. I will be recommending them to anyone that is in need of this type of service. It was terrific working with Dominique to get our apartment inspected after we had an encounter with bed bugs at a hotel and were worried we might have brought them back to our apartment. I called Dominique to request an inspection and she was great at explaining what we should do prior to the visit to reduce chance of spread as well as explaining how the inspection would go. We were also very encouraged by the many positive reviews she had. On the day of the inspection Dominique was very professional in explaining all the steps she was taking and very throughly inspected the apartment as well as a number of bags we had containing other items. We felt very assured that Dominique and Dutch (her dog) did a great job. Thankfully no bed bugs or eggs were discovered. I would highly recommend Dominique and Dutch and would certainly call them again if we ever had another bed bug scare.

Dominique is professional and knowledgeable. After a guest stayed and I had an itchy welt and I was being proactive. Thankfully no presence of bed bugs were found. I dealt with an infestation years ago and it still haunts me. This was more about peace of mind and it was worth it. I would hire her services again.
