Tetreault Masonry

Professionalism is what you get when you hire Tetreault Masonry! Apologies for posting this review so late. We hired Tetreault Masonry to remove a retaining wall that another contractor erected incorrectly about 15 years ago. Now, Russell his guys nor us knew the extent of how poorly the wall was built. The previous contractor did not use the correct method of construction which caused the project to become a nightmare. Luckily for us Russell had a great crew working with him. I’ll start with Henry. This guy went out of the way to answer all our questions and do extra things that wasn’t on the original contract. I found out that Giovanni is the newest addition to the crew and was meticulous in everything he did. Due to the wall being constructed incorrectly, the previous contractor used glue to adhere the blocks instead of using clips nor did they shovel rocks in between the blocks. I looked out the window and saw Giovanni chiseling away the glue and thought what a terrible job to do. His hands must hurt by the time he gets home. I never saw a crew work as hard as they did. No bankers’ hours for them. They were here before 8 a.m. and worked a full day. The project also included leveling our walkway to the front door and re-sanding our backyard patio. I can’t count how many bags of sand were used for walkway and patio. There were also a few pavers that needed to be put back in place because the weather washed away the sand and they were loose. I could go on and on, but finally will say, we would highly recommend Russell and his crew for all your masonry needs. Brian and Linda Anderson Springfield, MA
