We got our blinds installed a few years ago and they met our exact specifications. When one of the blinds broke a few months ago, they had no problem coming back to replace the broken blinds. Since the company that made our original blinds didn’t make that exact color anymore, they made sure to get enough blinds to replace all of them in the room that was being addressed so that they can all match color. One of the blinds the manufacturer provided was incorrect, so they immediately ordered the correct one and recently came back to install it. There was no extra charge for getting these blinds replaced, we are grateful to them for helping us address the issue quickly no questions asked.

David was very responsive. He was patient and very helpful in helping me select the fabric for my draperies. I plan to use them again and I would definitely recommend Blinds Side.
