UPDATE: 0836 hrs./9/7/21. I just read the respondents' comment and called the number they posted here. I called 4x and the "subscriber is not in service". I guess that means the number is down and not currently in service. This is NOT Bulfinch's fault whatsoever, as we all know technology can be a tricky endeavor. I do thank the respondent for reaching out to me here on Google. That tells me that they do care about their business and they will diligently work to solve any issues. I have updated my review to give them 4 stars. The original number I called was the agent who was handling that particular commercial property that I was interested in leasing. That gentlemen is the person who has not called me back after several attempts. He did email me after my first phone call. I quickly emailed him back and as of this writing he has not responded to my email response nor my phone calls....... Called several times over the course of one week about a commercial property for rent and they never called back. Lack of professionalism.

Sold my first and bought my second home last week. It’s been stressful but Kathy Nguyen and Zech Cook were very helpful and responsive. They are both extremely knowledgeable and made my purchase and sale that much easier. Kathy was my agent and Zech is the owner. I would recommend and definitely buy and sell with them again!
