That reviewer called the work excellent, said the crew listened well to what they wanted, offered helpful ideas, and kept the site clean throughout. The written review history is thin beyond that one account — a 2021 Google review says only "Great" — so there isn't much recent, detailed customer feedback to weigh. A 2026 Reddit thread raised a different kind of concern: a poster argued the company's growing presence on the Outer Cape is changing the area's character and urged homeowners to get bids from other local builders before committing.
