A 2025 customer had a living-room rug and kitchen floor removed and disposed of, the subfloor levelled and hardwood laid, the whole thing inside a single day. Another had two 1,500 square-foot projects done — engineered hardwood installed in one, existing floors taken from a dark stain to light in the other. Matching is what they get asked for. In 2025, a family who lost part of a carpet to an electrical fire replaced it with hardwood that matched the rest of the house. A February 2026 customer had badly installed kitchen tile pulled out and wood laid to match the surrounding rooms. A 2024 customer had carpeted stairs refinished to match the floors, with baseboards added so the join disappeared. On a renovation they go past the floors. A 2025 customer had an entire bathroom tiled, shower and floor, a master suite floored and a new staircase built. Another contractor subbed a refinishing job to them in 2025 and said they fitted him in sooner than he expected to find anyone, and that his own client was satisfied. One thing worth knowing: the reviews on file start in 2024, while the company describes about ten years in the trade — so if you want to see how one of their floors has held up, ask for an older address. For refinishing, a repair that has to vanish, or a stair-and-floor job where everything has to match, this is a specialist crew rather than a general contractor with a sander.
