I’ve had the opportunity to work with Dan through our respective businesses, and although I haven’t personally hired him for plumbing work, I’ve been very impressed with him as a business owner. Dan is professional, responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely appreciative of good service. He clearly takes pride in his business and in doing things the right way. As a fellow Maine small business owner, I know how much character, reliability, and communication matter when choosing someone to work with. Based on my experience with Dan, I would have no hesitation reaching out to The Helpful Plumber when I need plumbing work.
