Holland Companies renovated a Back Bay building in 2008 that we bought. It was perfectly done in terms of detail and quality of construction. Since then we have used them for some other projects and their service and work quality are excellent. In particular, the crew are always polite, friendly and hard working.
The best contractor I have ever worked with. I hired John and his team for multiple projects over the years - as small as 10k and as large as over a million, both privately (residential) and via my company (Commercial) and with out a single exception - he over delivered in every way. No matter what my future needs are, I will not hire anyone else. period.
It's rare to meet a builder that not only "talks the talk" but also "walks the walk." The Holland Companies were on time, on budget, and delivered a product superior to the initial quality promised. Basically the opposite of what typically happens. We would entrust our next project with them only.

Have resided in this property for 12 years, and regrettably, I cannot find any positive remarks about my experience. This place, which was never stellar, has steadily declined over the years, transforming into an environment that fosters unhappiness and poses a threat to one's mental well-being.
