Those two profiles share a phone number but describe different operations: a small Watertown-address energy-audit business on one, a multi-state building-envelope specialist at a Waltham address on the other. That is the first thing to sort out on the call. For drafty windows and doors, an energy audit, or skylight and hardware work, it is a plausible call. Ask which side of the business is quoting you, how a house-sized job fits alongside the commercial envelope work, and get the scope, licensing and insurance in writing before you book.
