Thomas Berube Contracting Co., Inc

Thomas Berube Contracting Co., Inc is a general contracting company based in Danvers, MA, working on both residential remodels and larger multi-unit projects. Reviewers describe Tom Berube personally overseeing jobs and coordinating subcontractors so work moves along quickly and on schedule. A property owner working with Tom and a partner named Mike says the relationship has run five years and covered more than 80 units, calling the crew reliable and invested in each project from start to finish. A homeowner review from 2025 describes a full kitchen renovation that also removed an old porch and built a new screened one — work the reviewer says happened in 2023 and moved forward very quickly, crediting Tom's knack for getting subcontractors to show up at the right time. A separate 2025 review praises a siding job at a condominium. All three reviews on file, spanning 2021 to 2025, are five stars, and Google shows the same 5-star average from its own ratings. The written record is short, though — three reviews across three sources — so it leans on a small but consistently positive body of firsthand accounts rather than deep volume. For homeowners planning a kitchen remodel, siding, or porch project, or for property owners managing multiple units, the repeat-business track record with the same clients over several years is a strong signal, though it's worth asking for more recent references given how few detailed reviews are publicly on file.
