Sanchez Home Design LLC

Bathrooms are what people call Eduardo Sanchez about. One customer had two of them done at once in October 2025; another, in September 2025, picked the company after collecting several quotes and said it was not the cheapest but was reasonable; a December 2024 client had a cramped bathroom turned into a hallway and a spare bedroom turned into a new bathroom. The most recent account, from June 2026, is another full bathroom renovation, with the same things said about it: on time, respectful of the house, clean at the end. Sanchez Home Design works out of Danvers and covers the North Shore, and describes itself as a fully licensed and insured general contractor taking interior and exterior remodeling. All 26 reviews on file are Google ones dated between December 2024 and June 2026, all five stars, for a 5.0 average across 26 ratings. The work behind them runs wider than bathrooms. A December 2025 customer had two full bathrooms and a full kitchen done; a July 2025 client described a new kitchen at a price they called amazing; a January 2025 homeowner had a basement renovated; two others had decks built or redesigned, one finished on time and on budget. In March 2025 a retail store owner had flooring installed and said the crew helped pick the materials, and a December 2025 customer who needed cabinets fitted had people in the house the next day. An investment company signing as Emerald Capital Investments wrote in January 2025 that the team had worked on multiple homes for them. Two things to note before calling. Licensed and insured is the company's own wording rather than anything checked against the state registry, so ask for the registration number and confirm it yourself. And the written history sits entirely on Google and starts in December 2024, so it is a busy record but a young one. For a bathroom or kitchen remodel on the North Shore, or a smaller job like cabinets or flooring, this is a straightforward call: the customers who go into detail describe a crew that turns up when it said it would and leaves the place tidy. Get the scope and the payment schedule in writing, and ask which of the recent local jobs you can go and look at.
